Located 150 yards from the sandy white beaches and aqua-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the top floor of the building, the views from the private screened-in patio are breathtaking; you won't be disappointed to watch the dolphins frolic in the water or the sun slip below the horizon. (Please keep in mind that there is no elevator access to the unit. It’s a short 28 steps to a great stay)

The main suite features a comfortable king-size bed with a partial ocean view. The guest suite features two twin beds that can be reconfigured upon request to form one queen-sized bed. The living room sofa folds out into a queen-size bed. If you are traveling with an infant or toddler, a pack 'n Play is also available for you at no additional charge.

2 FULL BATHROOMS with bathtub & shower

Stocked with towels, a hairdryer, makeup removal towels, and plush beach towels for use on the beach.

The kitchen is well-appointed with the most common cooking utensils, including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Full size stove, full size refrigerator & dishwasher.

The main living area has an electric fireplace that provides warmth on the cooler winter evenings.

Security Deposit / Damage Hold

A $500 pre-authorization hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card one (1) day prior to checkout as a security deposit. This is not a charge and does not withdraw funds unless needed.

The pre-authorization will automatically expire and be released within seven (7) days after checkout, provided no excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items are identified.

If cleaning or damage charges apply, the applicable amount will be captured from the pre-authorization, and any remaining balance will be released back to the guest’s card.
